I made bacon cookies once. They were so incredibly good. Sweet and bacon go great together. Think of pancakes or waffles with a side of bacon, all covered in maple syrup. Think of the Screen Door's Parline Pecan Bacon. Think of goat cheese stuffed dates or figs wrapped in bacon and roasted. I'm drooling!
